Atendiendo esta tarea, nos dimos a la tarea de crear una Guía Protocolo y Ceremonial para los actos Académicos en nuestra Institución y que aplica para todos los planteles. Este documento debe referente en todo acto académico y estoy seguro que nos dará luz en la organización de otro tipo de eventos y actos oficiales, ya sean de tipo académico, social o deportivo.
La guía tiene además dos anexos:
- Orden del día Base. Define cuáles son las actividades que no deben faltar en un acto académico, y si realizan alguna que no está ahí, reconsideren mantenerla.
- Orden de precedencia de autoridades. Nos ayudará a definir los lugares en las mesas presídium y minimizar el problema de definir "quién en más importante" por su rango cuando tenemos invitados.
Dado que la mayoría de Ustedes se ven involucrados en la organización del acto académico, es importante que conozcan el documento y me hagan llegar cualquier aportación que ayude a mejorarlo. El documento no es a manera de sugerencias, implica su cumplimiento a partir de este 2010 y es verificable, por lo que les pido estudiar los alcances en su plantel y discutirlo con su Director en caso necesario.
